MODULE 6: Import Questions (CSV)
This module allows administrators to efficiently import quiz questions into the system either manually or via a CSV file upload. It is designed to support bulk question uploads while ensuring proper categorization and data formatting.
Admins can choose between two methods: Manual Entry or
CSV Upload. In the CSV upload method, users are required to
upload a properly formatted CSV file that includes all required fields,
including a valid mainCategory ID to ensure questions are
assigned to the correct category.
An important instruction box guides users to follow a standard CSV format, and a downloadable demo file is available for reference. Additionally, a clear five-step guide is provided for converting question data into Unicode (UTF-8) format, particularly for non-English content, to ensure compatibility during the upload process.
Once uploaded, the system automatically processes the file and adds the questions to the selected category, streamlining the quiz creation workflow and saving significant manual effort.

MODULE 7: True–False Questions (AI Implemented)

Questions module offers administrators a dedicated interface for

with either "True" or "False". This format is
particularly
useful for quick assessments, rapid-fire quizzes, and gamified content.
AI Prompt-Based Question Suggestions
At the top of this module is an integrated AI prompt section that allows administrators to leverage artificial intelligence to assist with content generation. By typing a query—such as “Suggest a category for quiz with slug, priority, prize”—and clicking Generate with AI, the system uses language models to auto-generate relevant suggestions. This feature streamlines the question creation process, helps with idea generation, and reduces manual cognitive load for content creators.
Manual Entry Section
Administrators can also manually create True–False questions by entering the following:
- Question Text: The main content of the question.
- Answer: Choose between
TrueorFalsefrom a dropdown menu. - Difficulty Level: Select from predefined levels such as Easy, Medium, or Hard.
- Category: Assign the question to a relevant quiz category to ensure structured organization.
Once the fields are populated, clicking the Add Question button inserts the question into the system.
Question Management Table
Below the input section, a table displays all existing True–False questions along with associated metadata like answer, category, and level. The action column provides buttons to edit or delete any question. The list is paginated for scalability, allowing admins to browse through extensive question sets efficiently.
